The UK Sole Representative Visa allows senior employees of an overseas company to come to the UK and establish a commercial presence, either as a wholly-owned subsidiary or a registered branch. The parent company must not have any other branch or representative in the UK.

    • You must be employed by a non-UK based company and hold a senior position with decision-making authority.

  2. Full-Time Commitment:

    • You should intend to work full-time in the UK for the parent company.
